ELEPHANT NATURE PARK

www.elephantnaturepark.org

Elephant Nature Park helps elephants in need. We have an area of around 100 acres which is home to our herd of 35 elephants including two orphaned infants. Our herd is a collection of abused and disabled elephants. We are mainly funded by volunteer contributions. Volunteers are offered a unique chance to get close to elephants and will learn about the root cause of their problems. We also go out in the jungle to help injured or sick elephants, and this is often their only source of treatment. Team work is essential as is an easy going pleasant character. Volunteers are required to work hard for six days per week. Projects start every Monday. Positions are for one or two weeks. Volunteers with an offending background are not accepted.
